Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of a recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant program. Registration (or eligibility) with CSMLS or equivalent provincial regulatory body. Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-first approach. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
