Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in a call-center environment within the last year. Six months of customer service experience within the last year. Experience using MS Office suite. Experience with Data entry within the last year.
Preferred Qualifications:Related post-secondary education (ex. Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk). Knowledge of medical terminology.
