Completion of post-secondary degree in a technical field (Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field). A minimum of 3-5 years of related business intelligence, data science, and/or database management. Strong organizational, time management, and technical problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical subject matter to non-technical audiences. Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team and independently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience in business intelligence visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and/or data workflows tools (Tableau Prep, Coalesce), and/or data science tools (R, Python).
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of Master's degree in a technical/related field. Experience in a medical/health environment and/or EPIC electronic medical record (EMR), database modeling, tuning, auditing, data architecture, SQL coding, object-oriented programming, and report generation/analytics. Certifications and/or proficiency in database design, implementation, maintenance, querying, data science, advanced analytics, and/or statistics.
