Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in a health related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.

Leadership skills including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making; be comfortable with taking responsibility, coaching and teaching, and have the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Must be well organized and proficient with computer.
