Completion of diploma from an accredited program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (CLXT). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists (ACCLXT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience in core laboratory setting including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, specimen procurement and handling, and transfusion medicine. Current BCLS-HCP certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:Millennium LIS experience. Connect Care Registration Basics and Diagnostic Imaging Non-Invasive Technologist courses and experience. Experience working a CLXT simultaneously in the laboratory and diagnostic imaging within a rural facility is preferred.
