Completion of diploma from an accredited program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (CLXT). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists (ACCLXT).
Additional Required Qualifications:Required to take call and live within 30 minutes of the facility when on call. Recent cardiology experience including ECG and Holter Monitor. Proficient computer skills. Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. Demonstrated actions to further own knowledge relating to profession.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience operating and troubleshooting in the past 2 years: Diagnostic Imaging- Kodak 850 CR Reader, Phillips X-ray unit and Art Plus Portable for mobile x-ray ECG-Mac 5500. Lab- Vitros 250/350, ACL Elite Pro, Sysmex XN550, Clinitek Status, I-Stat, and Triage Meter Pro, Computer-Muse, and Agfa PACS. Epic LIS implemented May 2023.
