Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a leadership role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency in marketing systems and concepts with strong sales experience, advanced communication skills, influence, negotiation and strategic planning. Brings a forward looking lens for trends in laboratory medicine. Has excellent written communications and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications required Effective communication and strong organizational skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing long-term quality services. Experience in initiating and fostering positive relationships and productive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Provides leadership through effective communication, ethical decision making, and commitment to achieving established goals and objectives, ensuring program delivery measurements and standards are enforced.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration (or related field). Biomedical degree (BSc, MSC, PhD).
