Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent phlebotomy experience - within the last 2 years. Proficient with the English Language. Extensive walking, bending and standing is required for this job.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience with current LIS - Meditech. Phlebotomy experience in an acute care hospital facility. TDG certificate. WHMIS training. Ability to work rapidly with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
