Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited urinalysis course including microscopic analysis. Urinalysis experience including microscopic analysis is required. Cardiology training and experience including ECG's and Holter Monitors. Able to perform all blood collection procedures including: venipuncture, micro-punctures, blood culture collection as well as collections on all patient ages including newborns, pediatrics and geriatrics.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Meditech LIS is an asset. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Experience using MUSE and Cardioday applications. Familiar with Clinitek Status.
