Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience: processing, aliquoting, and shipping samples to other facilities; processing Clinical Trial and Research samples; proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office/Excel and Outlook are necessary. Good interpersonal, networking, communication and collaboration skills are required to facilitate and investigate sample management. Self-motivating, troubleshooting, organizational and multitasking abilities are required with additional emphasis on attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous MLA experience involving multiple areas of preanalytics. AP experience is valuable; leadership skills are also an asset.
