Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent phlebotomy and ECG experience. Required to work one on one with the patient in their home or long term care facility. Travel to multiple locations is required. Prioritize, organize and adjust daily work into an efficiently planned route.
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Employs strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Communication with patients, physicians and other health care professionals is required on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently while within a team environment. Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Flexibility to meet operational requirements including hours or work and changes in procedures.
