Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Participates in continuing education and training to maintain current knowledge. Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service and public relations. Maintains professionalism at all times. Performs repetitive duties efficiently and accurately. Phlebotomy and ECG skills.
Preferred Qualifications:2 years of recent phlebotomy in community service environment. 2 years of recent ECG in community service environment.
