Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent planning and organizational skills. Advanced communication skills and abilities. Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with people in a team-orientated environment. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills. Must have good manual dexterity for manipulation of samples. Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Flexible schedule availability.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficient in EPIC Beaker Information System and Microsoft Office. Strong keyboarding skills. Has interpersonal skills for dealing with people in a team oriented environment.
