Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of internal/external Laboratory Assistant program. Participates in continuing education and training to maintain current knowledge. Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service and public relations. Maintains professionalism at all times. Performs repetitive duties efficiently and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a PSC or Community Hospital Laboratory within the last 2 years is preferred.
