Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG certification. Ability to lift to 10 lbs. on a frequent basis. Ability to work independently within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client services and public relations. Ability to perform repetitive duties efficiently and accurately. Ability to recognize and assist patients in distress. Flexibility to meet operational requirements including hours and location of work. Proficiency in data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience. ECG experience. Previous experience in a mobile collection environment. Working knowledge of Connect Care and MCIS. Proficiency in data entry. Excellent organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Leadership, customer service or change management courses.
