Access to reliable personal transportation is required as some of the possible work sites do not have access to public transportation. Please note that this position has rotating shift for Monday to Friday 0700-1900 and a Saturday shift 0700-1515 every 3rd weekend. If the regular staff at Evansburg PSC is not available this position is the one that will provide coverage. Evansburg PSC is open Tuesday and Friday shift 0630-1445.
Description:
As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG certification.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience. ECG experience.
