Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment with good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proven effective time management and strong organizational skills are required. Your communication and interpersonal skills must enable you to build and maintain relationships, facilitate teamwork, resolve conflict, and manage change. The successful candidate must have the ability to work with a high level of attention to detail in a challenging work environment. Proficiency with windows based computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs is required. Must be able to represent Alberta Precision Laboratories, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alberta Health Services, in a respectful, professional and courteous manner. Candidate will be required to work Saturdays as per rotation.
