Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience (within the last 1-3 years) leading, coaching and supporting other MLA’s. Excellent phlebotomy skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems. A valid class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions, or the commitment to acquire one within 3 months of hire (a graduated driver’s license (GDL) will not be accepted).
