Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous experience (2 years) in Anatomic Pathology (MLA or MLT) is required due to the troubleshooting and quality duties required for this role. Ability to communicate effectively and lead people. Experience in Epic - Beaker, AP platform.
Preferred Qualifications:Additional courses in Anatomic Pathology, biology, are considered assets. Previous experience in a leadership role (leading people, implementing change, conflict resolution, etc.) are considered great assets beneficial to success in this role.
