Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an urban RRL setting within the last 3 years. Greater than 2 years experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting current instrumentation and middleware in Hematology, Chemistry, and TM within the last 5 years. Experience with bone marrow collections. Proficiency in reading manual differentials. Preceptor & training experience. Working knowledge of Millennium and Microsoft Office. Courses or certificates in personal leadership, process improvement, and/or change management.
