Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).

You have good judgement and decision-making skills, and will conduct yourself according to the Alberta Health Services Code of Conduct and the APL values of Kindness, Inclusion, Innovation, Agility, and Accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:Competency with the EPIC Beaker and Wellsky Information Systems is preferred. Experience with the following instruments: Vitros XT3400, Sysmex XN550, ACL Elite Pro, Siemens Stratus, Clinitek Status and iSTAT are preferred. Recent experience with Phlebotomy, ECGs and specimen receiving are preferred. Familiarity with Patient and Family Centered Care principles and NOD are preferred.
