Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Transfusion Medicine and WellSky experience. Must possess the ability to promote positive working relationships. Demonstrates and promotes the APL values of Kindness, Inclusion, Innovation, Agility and Accuracy. Demonstrated excellent problem solving, decision making, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience (within 1-2 years) in a high-volume Immunohematology Reference Lab. Experience with distribution of blood and blood components to regional sites. Experience with Isohemagglutinin Titre.
