Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in an urban RRL. Greater than 2 years within 5 preferred. Experience in Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, Chemistry. Greater than 2 years within 5 preferred. Experience operating, maintaining and performing troubleshooting on current instrumentation and middleware in lab areas. Proficiency in manual differentials. Working knowledge of Connect Care. Leadership, process improvement or change management courses.
