Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a high-volume lab is preferred. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision making and time management skills. Open flexibility and experience with Epic, Wellsky & Carephere middlewear, Sysmex XM 550, Vitros XT3400, ACL Elite Pro, iStat, Triage meter, Clinitek Advantus, Capture R, Access II is an asset.
