Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent (within the last 2 years) MLT experience in a dedicated Hematology department and experience in a fast paced acute care setting. Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills, high standards of customer service and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a professional image and positive attitude while promoting a respectful work environment at all times. Ability to build positive working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
