Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A strong team player with ability to perform duties independently and with others. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:2 or more years of current experience in Anatomic Pathology, participating in Grossing, Embedding, Microtomy, Cryotomy, and Special Stains is required. Basic experience with LIS and Microsoft computer skills.
