Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Health Care Administration, Human Resources or Business Administration. Equivalencies of experience and education may be considered. A minimum of 4- 6 years in related strategic, recruitment and financially responsible positions, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity, and preferably in a health care setting supported by an understanding of the clinical environment in which APL operates. Experience managing contracts and/or managing physician recruitment and privileging processes.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, particularly with respect to financial analysis. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while managing expectations. Ability to plan, organize, manage and complete short and long-term projects, and deliver customer focused results. Effective communicator (both verbal and written) with strong organizational, collaboration and influencer skills, client focused orientation, and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment.
