Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in a Health-related field, or Health Care Administration. Minimum 5 years health related experience working in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Evidence of progressive leadership and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree from a recognized School of Medical Laboratory Technology. Registration with College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA). Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting. Experience and knowledge of acute care and community setting. Previous management experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
