Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience. Evidence of Lean Six Sigma certification and strong command of concepts and practical applications of various process improvement methodologies. 3-5 five years business support/leadership experience with at least three years’ experience in process excellence. MicroSoft SharePoint and Office expertise in Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams, including front line staff, senior leaders and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of planning and project life cycle. Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify organizational needs, plan and facilitate effective meetings, and manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines. Demonstrated ability to effectively coach, educate and mentor others. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Dedication to Excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Experience in Healthcare and/or Laboratory Services. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar, Change Management (Prosci) or similar.
