Certificate, Diploma or other valid education in Project Management. Certificate in Change Management. 5-7 years of experience managing major organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
Additional Required Qualifications:A demonstrated clear pattern of progressive professional and personal development in a project coordination or management role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Advanced skills in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Proven abilities in complex problem solving, prioritizing competing priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, concerns resolution, and negotiation. Experience in initiating and fostering positive relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to deal with highly complex or sensitive issues in a professional manner. Above average written and oral communication skills and ability to work with Microsoft SharePoint and Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered (i.e. clinical background plus appropriate experiences in project management).
Preferred Qualifications:Health care experience, specifically laboratory experience is an asset. Experience in strategic plan development. Project Management Professional. Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
