Current registration with CMLTA as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. A minimum of 5 years in a laboratory role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communicator with strong organizational and influential skills, be client focused and have a commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making; be comfortable with taking responsibility, coaching and teaching, and have the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals. Must be well-organized and proficient with computer. Ability to manage human and physical resources within an operating and unionized environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience within an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
